Wayne Box Miller is a highly accomplished and dynamic professional, recognized for his leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and the Media. A graduate of Morehead State University and an inductee into both the Alumni Hall of Fame and the Greater Cincinnati Journalism Hall of Fame, Wayne has established himself as a significant figure in his fields of endeavor. A respected voice in journalism, Wayne is also an op-ed contributor to the Cincinnati Enquirer, offering thought-provoking commentary on current issues.
Wayne previously served as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at St. Xavier High School the past six years creating inclusive environments that foster growth and understanding at the student and faculty and administrative levels, raising the diverse student population to its highest ever levels. He is a veteran trainer and facilitator in DEI, having developed innovative training models that have positively impacted individuals and organizations alike across the United States.
Wayne is also the author of three books, including You Wake-up You Win, where he inspires others to develop a winning attitude in the face of adversity and approach life with a gratitude mindset. His leadership extends beyond academia as he serves as the pregame, halftime, and post-game host for the Cincinnati Bengals Radio Network, sharing his insights and observations throughout the season.
His professional career also included representing high-profile athletes like Deion Sanders, Eric Davis, and Jeff Blake, where he facilitated marketing and charitable ventures that made a lasting impact through his sports marketing company Miller Communications.
A proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Wayne is also a dedicated mentor, having guided hundreds of youths on their journeys toward success. Through his media, DEI work, and mentorship, Wayne Box Miller strives to continue making an impact through intentionality.
