17 students have participated in our earn as you learn ironworking program.
More than welding lessons
In addition to learning welding skills, we ensure our graduates are prepared for their best life!
Through our "Life- Skills" curriculum, they learn Budgeting, Soft Skills, Financial Literacy, Business Acumen,
as well as the importance of Social Networking and Community Stewardship.

- 47% of all JSIP Grads are pursuing ironworker careers.
