Senior Advisor
Mr. LaMothe is a proud member of the Minority Business Accelerator in Cincinnati Ohio and holds the title of Senior Advisor. In his work with Accelerator, Robert contributes to the strategic growth environments of minority-led companies in the region to build size and scale.
In addition to his work at the Accelerator, Mr. LaMothe does advisory work with aspiring entrepreneurs, as a committee member of the local worker-to-owner advocate organization, Co-Op Cincy.
Mr. LaMothe is passionate about housing for all and volunteers his time in support of advancing efforts to devise affordable housing options in the area. He serves on the boards of Homesteading & Urban Redevelopment Corporation in Ohio and Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky in Kentucky.
Robert holds a Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Finance degree from Ball State University. He is married, to his wife Jennie of 20 years, and has two children.
