
Kenneth “Ken” Rosser is a results-driven commercial leader, former business owner, and United States Marine Corps veteran with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and leading strategic initiatives across industrial and manufacturing markets. With more than a decade of experience in territory management, business development, and account leadership, Ken brings a practical, market-focused perspective to organizational governance and advisory roles.
Ken grew up in Cincinnati, where he attended Cincinnati Public Schools, and earned his degree from Thomas More College. Following graduation, he began his career working with Hamilton County Department of Human Services and Cincinnati Public Schools, where he focused on advocating for and mentoring young people. This early experience shaped his commitment to community impact and people development, which continues to influence his leadership approach today.
Earlier in his sales career, Ken founded and operated K-Ross Supply, a certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and where he led all aspects of the organization including business development, operations, and customer engagement. Through this experience, he developed a strong foundation in financial management, contract negotiation, and strategic planning while building lasting relationships with clients and partners. His entrepreneurial background gives him a unique perspective on scalability, risk management, and disciplined growth.
Since then, Ken has managed multimillion dollar territories in the role of Strategic Accounts and Territory Sales Manager within the Industrial Packaging and Industrial Gases industry.
In his spare time Ken enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
