For over 25 years, Ingrid A. Ross has devoted herself to aligning passions with a chosen profession.  Inspired by the prospect of positively impacting lives , and to do so in a truly meaningful way, she has aligned her own passion with her professional expertise.  This alignment has manifested as her vision,

Ingrid achieved her own personal goals and career path by attending and graduating college. Her belief in the importance of higher education resulted in her attaining a B.S. in Business Administration and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership.

On an informal basis, Ingrid would offer guidance to young people exploring opportunities after high school. She recognized  the challenges parents experienced as they prepared their children for college. Navigating the collegiate entrance process can be frustrating and overwhelming.  Seeing a need, Ms. Ross sprang into action. She developed a customized program to meet the unique needs of each student. 

As Ingrid partnered with students and young adults, she realized that college wasn’t everyone's goal. Yes, they wanted to succeed, but a traditional college experience wasn't on their radar. That need coupled with her workforce knowledge spurred her to offer non-collegiate planning for those interested in military service or a career in the workforce. 

Today, U READY supports the needs of parents, children and young adults.  Ingrid's expertise and passion for this work is evident in every conversation and recommendation. Her expertise and love for helping people, especially young people,  will allow them to shout out a resounding, “Yes!”, when asked,
