Our Mission
is to remove barriers to success by equipping underserved and underrepresented youth in Greater Cincinnati with ironworking skills, career pathways, and access to resources that catapult them into lifelong, sustainable careers—transforming lives, strengthening families, building generational wealth, and empowering them to strengthen families and their communities for generations to come.
